IT review meetings: To make sure things are working well and everyone is happy with the processes in place, we will come and see you as often as once a month to discuss the day to day IT service and review any unresolved or repetitive issues.
IT strategy: We’ll support your longer term IT decision making. With many years of experience and up to date knowledge we can keep you informed on things like product life cycles and new innovations, helping you to plan for future growth.
IT administration: We will take over the day to day admin of all your systems managing software updates, users, groups, file permissions and backups.
New Machines: Any new machines that are added to the support contract will be installed and setup onsite at no extra cost.

can easily see the status of all your requests and
who is dealing with them.
Inventory: Supported machines will be linked to our bespoke inventory database. This gives you and us easy access to a list of supported hardware and lots of useful information such as serial numbers, hardware specs and installed software.
